A strong attention to customer service is what Itek Imaging is built on. It has always been the staple of our company, and will continue to be so. As it should be, customer satisfaction is at the top of our priority list. Here’s a few examples of how we excel in this field:

Attentiveness – Nothing can be more frustrating if a customer feels like they are being ignored or overlooked. At Itek, we treat every single one of our customer’s the same. Whether it’s through email, phone or face to face, you will get our full undivided attention from start to finish. We will not stop until you are satisfied!

Knowledge – With over 70 combined years’ experience in the imaging industry, our employees offer you a vast knowledge of the industry and all of our products. Whatever questions or concerns you may have, we’re here to help!

Access – Part of what separates Itek from our competition is the ease of which you can get in contact with any employee who works here. If it’s email you prefer, we will always answer your email within 1 hour (most times within the half hour). If you prefer calling on the phone, our direct number goes straight to our receptionist. You won’t have to go through any menus, every time you call you will be answered by a live employee. In those rare emergency situations, you can always get a hold of us right away!

Loyalty – Our sole purpose as a company is to help you achieve a more profitable business. In whatever capacity, in whatever way we can, whether that means the advancement of our own company or not, we will always help you in whatever form you need.
