Qualifying customers

If your business falls into one of the following categories, you may apply for a wholesale account:
• Printer/copier/POS servicing dealers and technicians
• Internet resellers & drop-shippers
• Technology service companies
• Equipment & supply exporters
• Other industries upon approval

Please note that approval for a wholesale takes time to be evaluated and could take up to 2 days.

Once your account has been approved for wholesale pricing, you will be able to access your new pricing level when ordering on the web site or calling the head office. When ordering by phone, you must give the sales representative your Itek Imaging customer number. When placing an order on the web site, you must first log in using your email address and password. If you do not provide this information, you will be quoted the standard published price.

Private label/drop shipping

Wholesale customers can use our warehouse to ship their order directly to their customers, worry free. When drop shipping, our information get’s hidden so that your customer does not see where it’s coming from. Drop ship will include your return address information. Wholesale customers also have the option to private label the boxes with their own personal logo/information label.

Special pricing for registered accounts

Registered accounts enjoy reduced pricing on all parts and supplies. After signing in with a registered wholesale account, product pages and your cart will only show wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing is also available for orders placed by phone.
